Jason Hearn, DPM, FACFAS
Jason Hearn, DPM, FACFAS, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon with a focus on elective and minimally invasive surgical solutions. At About Feet Podiatry Center in Exton, Pennsylvania, Dr. Hearn specializes in providing evidence-based surgical care for foot and ankle conditions in patients of all ages.
Dr. Hearn earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech, followed by his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed an intensive three-year podiatric medical and surgical residency within the Main Line Health System, training at Bryn Mawr, Paoli, and Lankenau Hospitals—where he continues to maintain active surgical privileges.
Board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery® and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons®, Dr. Hearn brings years of surgical experience to his practice, including forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction, sports injury repair, bunion and hammertoe correction, and surgical treatment of arthritis and deformities.
In addition to elective surgery, Dr. Hearn has extensive experience in complex wound care and limb salvage, having spent years treating high-risk patients at the Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Centers of Main Line Health in Bryn Mawr and Paoli. His surgical background includes infection control, diabetic limb preservation, and procedures aimed at restoring function and mobility.
Dr. Hearn is known for his meticulous approach in the operating room and his commitment to helping patients understand their surgical options. He works closely with each patient to develop personalized surgical plans aimed at restoring long-term foot and ankle function with minimal downtime.
Outside of work, Dr. Hearn enjoys cooking, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with his wife and three children. He also has a strong interest in technology, finance, and economics, and is always learning more about how they influence the world we live in.
Nathan Ullom, DPM, FACFAS
Originally from the state of Washington, Dr. Ullom earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA. Dr. Ullom then earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University School of Podiatric medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Staying east after graduation, Dr. Ullom completed a 3-year surgical residency at the former Hahnemann University Hospital in center city Philadelphia with a particular focus on rearfoot and ankle reconstructive surgery. Entering practice in 2013 Dr. Ullom spent the first 9+ years of his career as a part of a large multispecialty group in NW WA state.
Dr. Ullom is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in both foot and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery. He is also board certified in podiatric medicine by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Ullom has extensive experience in foot and ankle surgery and prides himself on educating patients to make the best choices possible to help them achieve the best positive outcomes. Dr. Ullom has a particular interest in Sports medicine, Trauma and Fracture care, ankle arthroscopy, minimally invasive surgery, flatfoot reconstruction, and both surgical and non-surgical care of arthritic conditions involving the foot and ankle.
When not at work Dr. Ullom enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 small children, hiking, playing sports, and throwing a frisbee for his German Shepherd.
Alexandra Parish, DPM, MPH
Dr. Alexandra Parish, DPM, MPH is a dedicated podiatric physician providing compassionate, state-of-the-art foot and ankle care at About Feet Podiatry Center in Exton, PA.
Dr. Parish earned her Bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University in Queens, NY. She then completed a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in Epidemiology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. She later moved to Philadelphia to pursue her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, graduating in 2020. Dr. Parish then completed a rigorous three-year residency in forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery at Phoenixville Hospital.
With a patient-first philosophy, Dr. Parish is committed to delivering personalized, comprehensive care tailored to each individual’s needs.
She is Board Qualified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and maintains active memberships with the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association. She is also an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Dr. Parish has a special interest in sports medicine, bunion surgery, minimally invasive techniques, and both conservative and surgical treatments for arthritis of the foot and ankle.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new cuisines, cooking, and traveling.
